Regional Director

Are you an experienced Operations Director in the Contract Catering sector, ready for a new challenge at a strategic level?

Berkeley Scott is recruiting on behalf of one of our client, one of the UK’s leading Contract Caterers, known for their strong client relationships, passion for great food, and commitment to their people.

This role will see you take responsibility for a significant and diverse patch of business, overseeing a high-profile client portfolio. It’s a demanding position, leading a strong team of Operations Directors and Ops Managers and managing a variety of contracts, each with its own pace and priorities.

We’re looking for someone with proven senior-level experience within Contract Catering, the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and experience managing a large and varied portfolio of contracts.

Salary: £90,000 to £120,000 plus package
