The position is for an Manchester start up who are looking for candidates to lead instructions and grow a team in the London region.

The role is for a Director of Building Surveying carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Professional services
• Project based work
• CA & EA.-
• Valuations
• Business development
• Management

Building Surveying requirements for the role are:

• Minimum of 5-years experience
• Education experience would be ideal.-
• Autonomously running projects
• Management of junior Building Surveyors.
• MRICS.-
