Regional Digital and Technology Leader

Overview
We are looking for a Regional DandT leader for our Europe business, with proven track record in leading digital transformation and performance, within a fun, fast paced and supportive culture that believes in investing in talent. As an established digital leader, you will influence at all levels, impart digital knowledge in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way. You will lead and develop the Digital and Technology strategy for the European region and work closely with the Leadership Team, business unit stakeholders, functional Senior Leaders, and the franchise community to drive digital performance. This includes ensuring the tech stack supports the customer and in-store teams, driving franchisee compliance with brand standards (including adoption of the Byte product suite), and shaping actions for improved performance as part of Joint Business Plans with franchisees.Responsibilities
Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to both permanent and contractor expertise within the Digital and Technology team, focusing on functional goals delivery as well as people capability building.Hold self and team to high standards, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic risks when balancing time and quality.Build awareness across the business and franchise community on technology projects and enablement of other initiatives, including awareness of the Byte technology suite, projects, and integration with business objectives.Ensure Franchise partners and key vendors have the resources and know-how to deliver digital performance; develop joint plans of action as part of the Joint Business Plan in partnership with the BMU leader.Set the regional technology strategy, balancing business drivers, supplier roadmaps, project dependencies, and technical constraints as appropriate.Be accountable for regional input into technology brand standards, Byte product roadmaps, and brand technology strategies and projects.Accountable for establishing and managing the relevant budgets across Technology teams.Drive adoption of digital and technology brand standards with franchisees in partnership with the BMU leader.Determine structures and resourcing across Technology in partnership with HR and Finance.Coordinate subject matter expertise to diagnose issues or determine enhancements through data analysis.Ensure regional suppliers receive appropriate support from supporting functions as required.Act as a senior escalation point for technology issues with franchisees and Yum DandT when needed, including managing working arrangements with suppliers and third parties to support Yum brands.Experience We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in digital and technology leadership, ideally in senior roles within E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or other fast-paced tech and digital organizations.Knowledge of digital and operational tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, Loyalty, CDP, POS).Pragmatic planner capable of brokering effective agreements between diverse parties.Initiative and drive for self-development beyond company-provided training; active in training and mentoring others.Relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders (such as franchisees) to drive data-driven decisions.Strong team-oriented mindset aligned with Global Pizza Hut culture and values.Beware of fake job postings using Yum! and/or brand logos.
