The RoleAs a Regional Delivery Manager (Operating from Cumbria or Lancashire), you''ll lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex programmes that are critical to our mission: providing clean, safe water and protecting the environment for generations to come.What you''ll be doing:Responsibility for a regional capital investment programme of over £200m in Cumbria.Responsibility for Health and Safety, schedule compliance and commercial performance.Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of a portfolio of over 60 projects.Define and drive the programme vision, goals.Align delivery with organisational strategy and stakeholder prioritiesEstablish robust governance and reporting frameworksLead risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple projectsEngage senior stakeholders with clear, confident communicationEnsure seamless transition of deliverables into business operationsChampion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviewsLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing programme teamWhat we''re looking for:We''re seeking a confident, experienced leader who can bring clarity, structure, and energy to complex programmes.You''ll ideally have:Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value programmes.Professional qualification and membership of the Association for Project Management (APM).A strong track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction infrastructure projects.A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related ..... full job details .....
