Regional Delivery Manager – North LondonRequirements
Following 12 years of successful growth within public sector construction and related procurement solutions, we are looking to recruit a Regional Delivery Manager to achieve focused client account growth. This will include:Proven ability to engage and influence the public sector in construction/professional servicesExperienced in developing and executing client account plansSkilled at engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve business goalsStrong knowledge of construction procurement processes (single and two-stage)Expertise in public sector construction, including infrastructure, estates, and place-makingDeep understanding of public sector procurement options and the benefits of Frameworks/DPSExcellent communication and relationship management skillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-tier customer serviceResponsibilities include:
Analyse Pagabo’s regional position and identify opportunities to grow client accountsDevelop and execute account plans to increase client engagement and wallet shareResearch and present procurement solutions to secure projects via Pagabo frameworksBuild relationships with new clients onboarded by RBDMPresent procurement strategies, highlighting the benefits of Pagabo solutionsOversee the procurement process, ensuring the team is aligned with project requirementsCollaborate with regional team to build relationships with contractors and consultantsRepresent Pagabo at national, regional, and local levels to promote its market presenceStay informed on public sector procurement and construction market trends to maintain Pagabo’s industry leadershipWhat’s On Offer:
