Regional Contracts Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Contracts Manager to join OneSchool Global UK, supporting our UK-wide modernisation and capital delivery programme. This is a hybrid role based 2 days per week at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and 3 days travel across our campuses. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and contractual management of client-side construction and service contracts. You will provide assurance, governance and commercial control across multiple projects, ensuring contracts are managed in line with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements, while delivering value for money and high-quality outcomes. Lead the commercial, contractual and risk management of projects and programmes, serving as the subject matter expert for contract administration, supplier performance and cost control. The role protects the organisation''s commercial position, supports informed decision-making and ensures consistent, compliant contract management across the region. Working with stakeholders, consultants and contractors, it oversees governance from procurement to final account, including change control, performance, risk and reporting.About You Have a strong understanding of contractual, commercial and governance requirements, and how they support organisational priorities.
