An opportunity for an experienced and ambitious regional manager to establish and grow a new East Anglia regional office for an established multidisciplinary contractor.This role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, secure new business, and drive the company’s expansion in the region, whilst also taking responsibility for our existing portfolio of work.• Establish and grow a new regional office to strengthen the existing operational team• Develop and implement regional growth strategy aligned with the business priorities• Build on existing, and develop new relationships with clients and other stakeholders• Recruit and develop key operational roles to deliver our projects • Identify new business opportunities• Take ownership of all regional operations ensuring effective project delivery and commercial performanceRequirements:• Proven track record in a senior management role in the energy sector or within civil engineering and infrastructure• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing a team• Ability to work autonomously• Good commercial knowledge• Experience of business development and client ..... full job details .....
