Joining a small team and supporting the Contracts Manager and permanent Surveyor, you''ll be travelling across the region to inspect social housing properties. Your new role As a Regional Surveyor, you''ll be carrying out inspections, defect diagnosis and stock condition surveys on social housing properties and report on their condition. You''ll likely spend several days out inspecting properties and then a day from home completing the reports. Most of the properties will be in and around the Huntingdon area, but there may be a requirement to travel further afield on occasion. You will also be dealing with some responsive repair issues, diagnosing any issues and then managing the remedial works with their partnering contractor.
