Regional Contract Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Regional Contract Manager to join our high-performing South West region. Working closely with the Regional Head of Service, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, ensuring compliance, managing contractor relationships and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Alongside overseeing contractor performance and commercial outcomes, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing insight, challenge and support to help deliver excellent resident outcomes. You will work closely with Service Managers, offering coaching, guidance and operational challenge, while using performance data, KPI reporting and business insight to drive continuous improvement across the region. The role also supports workforce planning and recruitment activity, expenditure management, compliance assurance and the development of strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors and specialist partners. Key responsibilities Lead contractor performance and commercial review activities. Monitor and analyse operational performance data, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities. Support governance, compliance and health and safety assurance processes, including management of escalated risks and Evotix reporting.
