Regional Contract Manager

At Howdens, we''re looking for a commercially driven Regional Contract Sales Manager to help grow our expanding New Build Contracts division. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and winning major projects. You''ll be responsible for developing new business across New-Build developments, working with developers, contractors, housing providers, and construction professionals to secure large-scale kitchen and joinery contracts. What You''ll Be Doing As a Regional Contract Sales Manager, you''ll be at the forefront of driving growth across your region, identifying opportunities and developing long-term partnerships that generate significant business value. You''ll be responsible for: Winning new business and growing existing New Build contract accounts Building relationships with developers, contractors, construction firms, housing providers and key industry stakeholders Identifying, pursuing and converting new project opportunities from enquiry through to contract award Attending client meetings, presentations and tender interviews to promote the Howdens proposition Preparing and supporting competitive tenders and commercial proposals Working closely with Kitchen Designers to develop innovative and practical ..... full job details .....
