This role is for a commercial leader who enjoys getting underneath performance, understanding what is driving the numbers and working closely with operational teams to improve the outcome. We are supporting an established contractor delivering long term property programmes across the UK. They are strengthening their senior commercial team and are looking for someone to take ownership of a regional portfolio. You might currently be a Regional Commercial Manager, Senior Commercial Manager, Commercial Lead or Head of Commercial. What matters is that you understand housing contracts and can work confidently with clients, operational teams and senior leadership.
