A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Casework Administrator to join the Southeast Regional Office at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. While much of the administrative and casework support is delivered remotely, this role will involve regular in-person visits to beneficiaries, primarily along the South Coast (with a strong focus on Hampshire). This is an essential and integral part of the role. You will be responsible for providing specialist administrative support and undertaking casework across the Southeast region, including both virtual (telephone-based) and face-to-face engagement.
