Covering the South West territory, you will be responsible for managing and developing some of the fastest-growing motorcycle brands in the industry, including Benelli, Keeway, SYM, VOGE, Lambretta, and Morbidelli. Reporting directly to management, you will play a key role within our sales and marketing team, working closely with our dealer network to maximise performance and deliver outstanding customer service.This role requires a strong commercial approach to dealer relationships, with a focus on reporting, coaching, and monitoring the performance of both individual dealerships and the region as a whole.Responsibilities

Develop and expand the South West dealer network.Support dealers in maximising sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Monitor and report on dealership performance across all areas of the business.Coach and guide dealers to improve operational effectiveness.Identify and onboard new prospect dealers within your territory.Qualifications

Passionate and enthusiastic about motorcycles.Experienced in sales and marketing within a dealer, retail, or distribution environment (motorcycle or automotive industry experience preferred).Highly professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent organisation, proactive, and able to work independently.Tech-savvy professional with strong computer skills and expertise in using social media to deliver impactful results.Benefits
