Regional Business Development ManagerLocation: Central Region Northampton and Leicester Salary: £28,000 £32,000 basic + bonus/commission + company vehicle Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekInteraction Recruitment is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Regional Business Development Manager to join a growing materials handling and equipment business, covering the Northampton and Leicester region.This is a field-based new business role focused on identifying new customers, opening doors and building a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will be out in the market meeting prospective customers, understanding their requirements and developing relationships across a range of industries.The role would suit a driven, confident and resilient sales professional who enjoys winning new business and is comfortable with proactive prospecting, face-to-face meetings and developing a territory.The Role Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Central region.Proactively prospect through customer visits, cold calling, networking, referrals and local market research.Build relationships with new and existing customers and identify opportunities for additional hire, sales, service and parts.Visit prospective customers and generate new sales opportunities.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.Prepare and follow up quotations.Develop smaller opportunities through to agreement.Qualify larger opportunities and ..... full job details .....
