Due to strategic growth plans, they are seeking a high-calibre Regional Head of Business Development to lead their work-winning activity across the Wales and West region.Core ResponsibilitiesEstablish and sustain a dependable two-year outlook for prospective contracts across asset management, refurbishment, statutory compliance, and decarbonisation initiatives.Actively identify, negotiate, and secure major commercial wins and framework positions through hands-on business development rather than standard team oversight.Strictly evaluate incoming tenders to filter out low-margin or unsuitable opportunities, ensuring commercial resources are dedicated solely to profitable work.Oversee the forward pipeline and order ledger to provide the Regional Managing Director with precise, evidence-based monthly revenue forecasts.Establish early engagement channels with local councils, housing providers, and industry consultants up to 18 months ahead of tender releases.
