About the Role
Based in Reading, the Regional BDM - South & South West (CCTV & VMS) will spearhead sales across the South, driving revenue for camera and video management platforms. The role focuses on cultivating robust relationships with system integrators, distributors, and consultants to secure project specifications. Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, conducting CPDs, and executing joint customer visits to convert a pipeline spanning public sector, transport, and retail. Candidates need channel sales experience, the ability to influence specifiers, and a solid grasp of IP video fundamentals and ONVIF standards. This full-time position offers a basic salary of c£50-55k with excellent commission, targeting revenue growth and specification wins.
Regional BDM – South & South West CCTV & VMS)
Role:
Drive sales of CCTV and VMS solutions across the South via system integrators, consultants, and distributors.
Key Focus
• Grow and manage integrator & distributor relationships
• Get VMS specified into projects via consultants
• Deliver demos, CPDs, and joint customer visits
• Build and convert pipeline (public sector, transport, retail)

Key Skills
