About the Role
The Regional Business Development Manager will drive sales of CCTV and VMS solutions across the Midlands from a Leicester base. This full-time role focuses on growing relationships with system integrators and distributors while securing project specifications through consultants. Duties include delivering demonstrations, CPDs, and joint customer visits to build a pipeline spanning public sector, transport, and retail markets. Candidates need channel sales experience with integrators or distribution, plus the ability to influence specifiers. Basic technical knowledge of IP video, ONVIF, and security system integration is essential. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on experience, with a negotiable commission scheme.

Role:
Drive sales of CCTV and VMS solutions across the Midlands via system integrators, consultants, and distributors.
Key Focus
• Grow and manage integrator & distributor relationships
• Get VMS specified into projects via consultants
• Deliver demos, CPDs, and joint customer visits
• Build and convert pipeline (public sector, transport, retail)

Key Skills
