      <description>Location: Snodland | Salary: &amp;pound;77000 - &amp;pound;90000/annum | Type: Permanent | Summary:   The Role undertakes the Asset Owner role on behalf of the Head of Asset Management for the above and below ground water supply assets in (Kent/Sussex/West) Region. Leads Regional focussed teams of AM Planners and Modellers to understand the long and short term Asset Management Needs for that Region, and developing those needs into Whole Life costed options for appraisal.  The Role is responsible for leading the production of the long term Regional Strategy for (Kent/Sussex/West), articulating the strategic needs for the region in terms of maintaining current levels of service and also addressing future demand and resilience challenges. The role has accountability for the Operational Zone plans which then translate the strategic needs into base and enhancement investment requirements over the life of the assets. These are the fundamental plans that our price review submissions will be built from, from AMP9 onwards.
