Senior Aftersales Manager - AutomotiveManchester and Liverpool / North West£60,000 - £80,000 OTE, dependent on experience - Company Car Additional Benefits Senior Leadership Opportunity An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for a substantial automotive aftersales operation covering the Manchester and Liverpool areas.This is a significant senior leadership position overseeing the complete aftersales function, including Service, Parts, Bodyshop and Warranty.We are looking for an accomplished automotive aftersales professional who has already demonstrated their ability to lead large, high-volume departments and is ready to take on a role where they can genuinely influence the direction, performance and profitability of the operation. The roleReporting directly to the Directors, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and development of the aftersales operation.You will lead from the front, working closely with your management teams to drive commercial performance, operational efficiency and consistently high standards of customer service.This is not simply a role maintaining an established operation.
