Regional Account Manager Up to £36,000 per annum Across the North West / Midlands Full Time Permanent Role Purpose: We are recruiting on behalf of a leading skills and training provider for a motivated and commercially driven Regional Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage strategic client relationships and drive business growth across apprenticeship and training provision. You will take the lead in managing and developing a portfolio of key levy-paying employer accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships and uncovering new business opportunities in line with growth targets. The successful candidate will play a vital role in influencing clients'' skills strategies, building trusted relationships, and representing the organisation at both regional and national levels. Duties:Manage a portfolio of key employer accounts to support apprenticeship growth and client engagement.Build strong, strategic relationships with new and existing clients across the North West and Midlands.Identify, develop and convert new apprenticeship and commercial training opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.Maintain accurate CRM records and develop account plans for complex accounts.Represent the business at meetings and events to enhance brand presence and drive regional/national growth.Meet annual KPIs including apprenticeship starts, client meetings, and business development targets.Stay up to ..... full job details .....
