Regeneration programme manager

Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, to appoint an experienced programme lead to their busy Major projects team.

Working across the Communities & Growth Leadership Team and alongside colleagues from Development & Regulation, the postholder will bring together a broad portfolio of projects into a single coherent programme, ensuring strategic alignment, effective governance and successful delivery.

Alongside operational readiness, the postholder will ensure that a once-in-a-generation transport investment becomes the catalyst for wider regeneration, economic growth and place-making by maximising opportunities for investment and coordinating delivery across the wider-programme.

The successful candidate will also act as the client lead for the Ecosystem Masterplan, overseeing procurement, mobilisation and delivery of the commission whilst ensuring the emerging masterplan is informed by colleagues, communities, partners and stakeholders.

This is not a consultancy assignment.

We are seeking an experienced programme leader with a strong bias for action who will quickly build credibility, establish programme discipline, create momentum and translate ambition into delivery.
