Job Title: Regulation 44 VisitorLocation: Remote-based with regional travelSalary: Up to 50,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Regulation 44 Visitor to join a trusted and well-established children''s services provider. This is a remote-based role with regular travel across services to conduct 20 Regulation 44 visits per month in line with the Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.You''ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are maintained across multiple residential homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about improving outcomes for young people.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out independent monthly visits to children''s homes in accordance with Regulation 44Write clear, evidence-based reports for internal teams and OfstedAssess the quality of care, safeguarding practices, and general welfare of childrenEngage with children, staff, and stakeholders during each visitKeep up-to-date with current legislation and best practices in residential childcareRequirementsProven experience within social care, ideally in children''s residential settingsStrong understanding of safeguarding, children''s rights, and care regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage travel across multiple sitesMust hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain oneWhat my client OffersCompetitive salary of up to 50,000 per ..... full job details .....
