Our Waste and Recycling Team are the quiet champions of the resort - the people who keep everything clean, safe and welcoming so our guests can focus on making memories. You''ll play a key part in keeping our resort looking its best, helping us stay environmentally responsible, and making sure our waste and recycling systems run like clockwork. It''s active, hands on work with a great sense of purpose, and you''ll be joining a supportive team who know how important their role is to the guest experience. Shifts and Flexibility Our operation runs across a variety of shift patterns, including 5am-2pm, 12pm-9pm, and 2pm-11pm. You''ll receive your rota six weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan life outside of work. Flexibility is important - most shifts will be early mornings, especially during peak periods, so being comfortable with early starts is key.General Duties and Key Accountabilities Collect general waste, recycling and food waste from accommodation areas, public areas, restaurants and operational departments.
