Refuse Loaders - Nights and Early Starts

We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Refuse Loaders, the shifts will comprise of early starts and night work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely collect and load refuse in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure all loads are secure and safely handled.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Prior experience as a refuse loader is desirable.
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability for early morning starts.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Enhanced DBS or willing to undertake.

Working Hours:

Early morning shift start times are between 02:00am - 04:00am

Afternoon shifts start times are from 2pm working up to midnight

Due to the location and start and finish times, it is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle.
