Refuse Loader

We Are Zenith are looking for Refuse Loaders to work on a ongoing contract in Northumberland.-

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and load household, recycling, and garden waste onto refuse collection vehicles.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
• Assist the driver with manoeuvring vehicles where required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with members of the public.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and safe working practices at all times.
• Help keep vehicles and work areas clean and tidy.

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Awareness of health and safety practices.

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous experience in waste collection, environmental services, or a similar manual role.
• Experience working within a local authority environment.
