Refuse Loader / Waste Operative

We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders / Waste Operatives to join a busy and hardworking team

Pay -12.71 p/h

Monday - Friday 06:00am - 16:00pm

Overtime and Saturdays may be required depending on business needs.

As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a crew collecting domestic waste, including:

• General household waste
• Recycling
• Garden waste

This is a physically demanding role that involves:

• Loading and unloading wheelie bins and waste containers
• Manual handling throughout the day
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Following planned collection routes and working to strict schedules
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to undertake manual, physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good team player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential

A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential, as travel to the depot is required.
