Refuse Loader

The Best Connection are recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our clients growing team based in Burntwood.The role will include going out on rounds collecting refuse, recycling and organic waste. The job is a daily book back and you''ll work between 2 to 5 days per week.This is a physical role and will require you to maneuver recycling bins and bags and involve walking up to 10 to 15 miles per day.You will attend a 3 day induction - Day 1 Classroom Health and Safety, Day 2 and 3 On the job training with experienced worker. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 05:45 - 16:30. Pay Rate: 13.26 per hour. Benefits: Long term position. Hourly rate as above (not age dependent) Good rate of pay. Outdoors work. Full training given.
