This role plays an important part in supporting waste collection services by assisting with the safe and efficient loading of refuse and recycling.This is a physically active role, ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.Working HoursMonday - FridayShift range: 06:00 - 14:00Hours are allocated weekly and may vary depending on operational requirements.Important InformationInduction date: 16/03/2026Start date: Immediate start available following inductionPlease note that specific hours cannot always be guaranteed in advance, as shifts are assigned on a weekly basis.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the collection and loading of refuse and recycling from residential and commercial areas.Load and unload materials safely following company procedures.Ensure loads are secure and handled correctly before transportation.Work closely with the driver and team members to maintain efficient collection routes.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.Skills and RequirementsAbility to carry out heavy lifting and physical work.Good teamwork and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Mechanical awareness or experience using loading equipment is beneficial but not ..... full job details .....
