In this role, you will support the efficient collection and handling of waste materials, ensuring operations run smoothly and safely. This position is physically demanding and requires a strong commitment to teamwork and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload waste materials safely and efficientlyEnsure all loads are secure and handled in line with safety proceduresWork closely with colleagues to maintain efficient collection routesKeep work areas clean, organised, and hazard-freeReport any faults, hazards, or incidents to your supervisor promptlySkills and RequirementsGood level of physical fitness and ability to carry out heavy liftingBasic mechanical awareness for handling equipmentStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessEffective communication and teamwork skillsA proactive and reliable approach to workThis role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a physically demanding environment and are committed to contributing positively to our operations.
