Refuse Loader (3am starts)

REFUSE LOADERS REQUIRED

We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for a busy and growing client based in Canterbury (CT3 4).

This role involves working as part of a team collecting commercial waste and recycling from local businesses. You will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient collection of bins, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring routes are completed to a high standard while maintaining health and safety procedures at all times.

• Monday to Friday
• 3:00 AM start until finish (8-10 hour shifts)
• Guaranteed 10 hours'' pay per shift regardless of end time

• £13.00 per hour

• Own transport is essential due to the early start time
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, as the role involves extensive walking and moving bins
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Reliable and available for an immediate start
