Working outdoors in all weather conditions, you''ll play an important part in keeping local communities clean while supporting an essential public service.What We Offer 12.85 per hour.Monday to Friday working.Hours: 7am-5:30pm.Temporary ongoing assignment.Immediate start available from 2nd of October.Supportive local team environment.Weekly pay.Key DutiesCollect household and commercial waste and recycling.Sort recyclable materials correctly.Move wheelie bins, recycling boxes, and refuse bags from properties to the collection vehicle.Operate hydraulic lifting equipment to empty bins safely.Compact waste using vehicle equipment.Inspect waste for contamination and report hazardous materials.Guide the driver safely through narrow streets and assist with reversing manoeuvres.Help unload waste and recycling at designated depots, recycling centres, or landfill sites.Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.RequirementsPhysically fit and able to undertake manual handling throughout the day.Ability to lift and move heavy items ..... full job details .....
