Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
• Organising and scheduling trades across multiple properties
• Checking the quality of the workmanship
• Provide leadership by fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Coordinating work across the Midlands
• Managing both kitchen and bathroom installations (electrical)

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a relevant field is essential.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Experience in project management methodologies.
• Electrical experience
• Solid electrical knowledge is essential.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on motivating team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
