Working as part of a multi-agency team, you will help service users increase their safety, rebuild confidence and move towards independent living. Key responsibilities include: Providing practical and emotional support to refuge residents. Completing risk and needs assessments and developing support and safety plans. Managing a caseload and maintaining accurate case records. Working with partner agencies to coordinate support and advocate for service users. Supporting clients to access housing, welfare, health and legal services. Preparing service users for move-on into safe, independent accommodation.
