      <description>Location: Tower Hamlets | Salary: &amp;pound;15 - &amp;pound;18/hour | Type: Temporary | Refuge Worker (Asian Language Speaker)    Tower Hamlets | Full-Time | Temp on going    Caritas Futures is recruiting a  Refuge Worker  to support women and children affected by domestic abuse within a safe accommodation service in Tower Hamlets.   Key Responsibilities:    Supporting survivors of domestic abuse  Completing risk and needs assessments  Developing safety and support plans  Working with partner agencies including police, housing, and social services  Providing practical and emotional support    Requirements:    Experience working with vulnerable adults, families, or domestic abuse survivors  Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment  Asian language skills (Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, or similar)  Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one    What''s on Offer:    Ongoing contract  Supportive team environment  Training and professional development  Opportunity to make a real difference in the local community    Immediate interviews available.
