Salary: £44,000 (40 hours)
Overtime: Paid at x1.5 after 40 hours
Travel: Door-to-door paid
On Call: 1 in 5 (£175 standby)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing business covering the Midlands region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role working across a wide range of contracts and equipment.

The Role:
You will be responsible for service, maintenance, and repair across a portfolio of commercial and light industrial sites throughout Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, and Northampton.

Equipment Covered:

• Packaged refrigeration (PAC systems)
• CO2 refrigeration systems
• Small distributed systems

What’s on Offer:

• £44,000 basic salary (40-hour week)

Requirements:

• Proven experience within refrigeration/AC service and maintenance
• Experience working on CO2 systems highly desirable
• F-Gas qualified
• Full UK driving licence
