£50,000 - £53,000+ Door-to-Door (Higher for CO2 & Ammonia Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing and well-established engineering team covering the Sheffield region.
This role will primarily focus on industrial and commercial refrigeration systems, with a strong emphasis on CO2 refrigeration. Ammonia experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential, as we are keen to speak with engineers who have solid CO2 knowledge and are looking to further develop their skillset.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Working on CO2 refrigeration plant across a variety of customer sites
• Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdown attendance
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Participation in the on-call rota (currently 1 in 4, expected to improve as the team grows)
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

• Proven refrigeration service and maintenance experience
• Strong CO2 refrigeration knowledge and experience
• Valid F-Gas qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ammonia experience and/or qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential

Package

• £50,000 - £53,000 (based on experience)
• Higher salaries available for engineers with both CO2 and ammonia experience
• 40-hour week

• £225 standby payment per week
