Refrigeration Engineer Birmingham (Covering Coventry, Leicester and Northampton also) Salary: £44,000 (40 hours)Overtime: Paid at x1.5 after 40 hoursTravel: Door-to-door paidOn Call: 1 in 5 (£175 standby) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and growing business covering the Midlands region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role working across a wide range of contracts and equipment. The Role:You will be responsible for service, maintenance, and repair across a portfolio of commercial and light industrial sites throughout Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, and Northampton. Equipment Covered: Packaged refrigeration (PAC systems) CO refrigeration systems Small distributed systems What s on Offer: £44,000 basic salary (40-hour week) Door-to-door travel pay Overtime paid at time and a half On-call rota (1 in 5) with £175 standby payment Company van and fuel card Uniform and tools provided 25 days holiday + bank holidays 5% pension contribution Death in service benefit High street discount scheme Requirements: Proven experience within refrigeration/AC service and maintenance Experience working on CO systems highly desirable F-Gas qualified Full UK driving licence This role offers strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and the chance to work across a diverse and interesting client base.
