Refrigeration Engineer

Our client, a leading global HVAC and Refrigeration company is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to deliver high-quality, reliable support to their customers. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys building relationships and using the latest diagnostic technology to solve complex problems in a field-based position. On Offer: Base salary of up to £48,000 per annum with an OTE of £65,000+ Company van and door to door payment Private Medical Insurance Company bonus Death in service Enhanced pension 25 days holiday + bank holidays and option to purchase additional days Fantastic career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of commercial and industrial plants and equipment using cutting-edge diagnostic tools. Carry out planned preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs and commissioning work on customer sites. Act as the main point of contact for your customers, building trusted, long-term relationships. Participating in an on-call rota. Who They re Looking For: Proven experience as a field-based Service Technician or Refrigeration Engineer. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport.
