We are recruiting an experienced-Refrigeration Engineer-to join a specialist engineering team delivering maintenance across retail and commercial key accounts.

This role focuses on refrigeration and HVAC plant within structured, compliance-driven environments.

The Role

• Reactive and planned maintenance on-refrigeration,-air conditioning and building controls, food factory equipment, general equipment, electrical, fabric repairs.

• Working on a key supermarket contract in the region.

• Proactive leak checks and refrigerant management

• Updating service reports and client systems accurately

• Maintaining van stock to improve first-time fix

• Supporting PPM and corrective works

• Door to Door Pay

• Flexible start and finish times

• 1 in 4 out-of-hours rota

• Overtime paid at 1.5x

Requirements

• Qualified in Refrigeration (F Gas Cat 1)

• Strong experience on refrigeration equipment in a commercial environment

• CO2 Experience

• Professional, client-facing approach
