Refrigeration Engineer

OverviewArcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

What you''ll be doingYou''ll be on the road, keeping our clients’ supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs — all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What we''re looking forEssential:

Valid UK driver''s license

Refrigeration engineering experience

F-Gas certification (CandG 2079)

Excellent communication and time management

A strong work ethic, with Health and Safety awareness

Desirable:

CO2 Qualification

Supermarket refrigeration experience

Additional info

The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
