Refrigeration and Catering Engineers

Ensure Engineering maintenance requests are carried out in a timely manner to a good standard in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintenance programme and operation schedule including but not limited to: House Rules and Regulation, Health and Safety, Emergency Response and Standard Operating Procedures.Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance works on Cold rooms, Refrigeration and Catering equipment throughout the Hotel to ensures they are in good working condition and perform reliably and efficiently.Carry out inspection and testing Refrigeration and Catering equipment to ensure they are operating in compliance to their relevant industry guidelines and regulation.Cooperates and co-ordinates with all engineers and external contractors whenever necessary and interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.General requirements

Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a similar environment.Trade certified or NVQ level in Refrigeration and CateringBasic knowledge of building service such as HVAC systems and Plumbing and Drainage and relevant rules and regulations.Ability to communicate effectively.
