Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: North West

X2 roles available:

• x1 centre based in Manchester
• x1 Field based, covering Manchester, Lancashire, Liverpool and surrounding areas

Salary: up to £42,200 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are offering a unique opportunity, for an experienced Assessor, or individual from the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector, with a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential, to embark on a rewarding new career pathway as an Apprenticeship Trainer.

Our client will provide full training and guidance to develop your teaching skills, complete the relevant teaching and assessing qualifications, while enabling you to make a real difference in the lives of learners!

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold solid occupational experience in the field of refrigeration / air conditioning
• Must hold own FGas Level 3 qualification.
• Experience of training / coaching / mentoring others in house ‘on the job’
• Confident with delivering / teaching within a classroom / workshop setting
• Good level of I.T skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Duties:

• Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting, who are working towards their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprenticeship. 
• Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
