This is a field-based role supporting learners undertaking the Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship, delivering high-quality coaching and training across Manchester.You will play a key role in guiding apprentices through their learning journey, helping them develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to succeed in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality coaching and training sessions to refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices, primarily onsite across Manchester.Visit apprentices in their workplaces to conduct structured coaching sessions and progress reviews.Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring milestones are achieved and qualifications are completed successfully.Manage a personal caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and compliance with programme deadlines.Plan and manage your own diary effectively to balance learner support, travel and administration.Provide constructive feedback and gather evidence to support learning, achievement and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.About YouExtensive hands-on experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, gained ..... full job details .....
