Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes in refrigeration and air conditioning. Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes. Engage learners and employers to ensure a supportive learning environment. Manage and maintain a caseload of learners, ensuring timely interventions and progress.
