As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you''ll deliver high-quality sessions that motivate members to move well, feel stronger and enjoy being part of the Virgin Active group exercise community. The Role Deliver safe, engaging and technically strong Reformer Pilates classes Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members of all abilities Drive strong class occupancy and positive member feedback scores Ensure all participants exercise safely and confidently during sessions Work closely with the club team and stay aligned with class policies and procedures Contribute to building a vibrant and loyal group exercise community Actively seek feedback and continuously develop your teaching practice Experience To succeed in this role, you will: Hold a minimum Level 3 Pilates Instructor qualification Be willing to complete Virgin Active''s Reformer Pilates training programme if you do not already hold an externally accredited Reformer qualification Full course required for instructors with no prior Reformer experience Conversion workshop available for those with recognised accredited Reformer training Please note: in-house qualifications from other operators that are not ..... full job details .....
