Pastoral ManagerPay scale: £40,182 - £42,060 FTEDisclosure level: Enhanced DBS with barred adult and child listsContract: Term Time plus 5 days (46.07 wks)Job overviewWe are seeking an experienced and committed Pastoral Manager to lead our Reflection Room provision and play a key role in maintaining high standards of behaviour, inclusion and student support.You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Reflection Room, ensuring a calm, purposeful environment where students can reflect on their behaviour, engage in meaningful learning and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons. You will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff, SEND colleagues and families to support positive outcomes for all pupils.Key responsibilitiesLead and manage the daily running of the Reflection RoomPromote a calm, structured and respectful learning environmentSupport pupils to reflect on behaviour using restorative approachesEnsure completion of high-quality academic work during placementsSupport reintegration into lessons and ongoing behaviour improvementWork collaboratively with pastoral, SEND and safeguarding teamsMaintain accurate behaviour records and monitor trendsAbout youThe successful candidate will:Have experience working with young people in a school or similar settingBe confident in managing challenging behaviour positively and effectivelyHave excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBe highly organised with strong administrative skillsBe committed to ..... full job details .....
