Our client is an independent yacht refit, repair and maintenance specialist, delivering high-quality workmanship across a broad range of projects. Their experienced team covers multiple marine disciplines, including shipwrighting, joinery, marine engineering and rigging, with projects ranging from routine maintenance through to complex refits on vessels up to approximately 40m. The Role As Refit & Repair Manager , you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of multiple yacht refit and repair projects, coordinating people, resources and workloads across a range of marine trades. This is a hands-on management position for someone with a strong and broad technical understanding of the marine industry .
