Referrals Officer We are currently seeking a Referrals Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role, processing referrals for residents, maintaining accurate data and contributing to the smooth operation of our service. The postholder will come with or be able to develop a good understanding of risk assessment and management, enabling them to identify risk management concerns and share these with the Referral and Premises Manager at the earliest opportunity.
