Elizabeth Fry Charity runs a Ministry of Justice Approved Premises in Reading, accommodating up to 24 women. Referrals Officer We are currently seeking a Referrals Officer to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role, processing referrals for residents, maintaining accurate data and contributing to the smooth operation of our service. The postholder will come with or be able to develop a good understanding of risk assessment and management, enabling them to identify risk management concerns and share these with the Referral and Premises Manager at the earliest opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Process referrals which have been allocated to the Approved Premises by the Central Referral Unit, ensuring all pre-arrival tasks are completed. Liaise with the Referral and Premises Manager regarding any concerns about the suitability of placements. Manage resident departures and complete end of placement assessments. Prepare quarterly data reports and gather statistical information on our services. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
