We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.Purpose of the role As a Referral''s Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to promote our services to potential customers, stakeholders, landlords and housing partners. You will play a key role throughout the customer journey, acting as both the first point of contact for individuals seeking access to our services and a central figure in supporting their move-on into appropriate longer-term accommodation. You will assess referrals to ensure that prospective residents are suitable for the service and that their support needs can be effectively met. Working collaboratively with customers and partner agencies, you will ensure individuals receive a high-quality, responsive and person-centred service that helps prevent and reduce homelessness.
